Bad Service

I bought a lace wig at Style Diva. The lace of the wig was cut but not properly. I took the wig back to ask for a refund and was advised that I cannot be refunded.<br> <br> As per their slip it states that they can do a refund. I am unhappy about the service and want my money back as i was not advised that if the lace is cut, I cannot return it.
