Bad quality product

I bought hair piece at Stylediva Westage on the 8th July 2015 at the cost of R351 per pack and I paid R702 for the 2 packs that I bought. Less than 2 weeks the weave started tangling very bad, I went to the salon to wash and they were wondering of it is indeed 100%. <br> I contacted the store and they contacted the head office. After I follwed up, I was told that Memnory said the is nothing they can do. In simple terms, I just gave them R702 for piece of **** that they sold me. <br> <br> Never ever going to buy there again,
