Bad hair quality.

I bought indian hair 4 weeks back only worn it once . I wanted to get a Brazilian but they told me Indian is way better than Brazilian so,I went with their expecties as I am new to this hair thing. weave is not correctly installed, hairpiece looks old, I am not happy at all hair texture looks like an old hairpiece. I would like to get a refund if possible or maybe get another hair cause this one is bad... I think they took advantage of me cause I don't know much about hair...
