Bad hair quality

I bought lace wig at style diva on the 21 October 2019 at Westgate mall, and wore the wig on the 23rd of October 2019, after 2 hours the wig tangled, I phoned style diva and advised them that the wig just tangled and only wore the thing for only 2 hours and they told me to bring the wig back to shop, I told them that I was travelling to PE that day I won’t be able to come to the shop and I asked if I can drop the wig at the style diva that is in PE they said No, while I was at PE I straighten the hair combined the hair and brushed the hair 2 hours of wearing that wig it tangled again, came back from PE took the wig back to style Diva and at the shop they advised that they will take the hair to their specialist to check what was wrong with the hair, Wow today I received a call from the Veronica, what a disappointment of the feedback she advised me that the was nothing wrong with the hair and they did not do anything to the wig, the worst part is that this people are lying, I sent my husband to the shop to drop of the slip because the day I brought the wig back the slip was not with me, at the shop they showed my husband the lace wig that they have straighten the hair, my husband even took a pic of the wig, yesterday 6 November 2019 received an sms to collect the wig, sent my husband to collect, by looking at the wig you can see that it will tangle again, I will wear the wig and see if it tangle. What really makes me upset is that they are saying to me the is no exchange or refund it means that you buy at your own risk. I have just wasted R1000
