HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT STYLE CLOTHING SKY CITY

I experienced a horrible customer service at Style Clothing at Sky City Mall. I went there looking for an outfit for an event I was going to. I could not find a size as I am slightly bigger and there were only sizes for smaller people. I tried on so many outfits and struggled to get something that is suitable. I finally decided to buy a suit and thought I'd force it to work since it was a bit tight. However, when I got home I realized the the pants were too tight. In the morning I decided to return the items I bought for a refund since they did not fit. When I got to Style Clothing Store, they gave me a runaround when they had to refund me, gave me a long story about how their tills don't have money and I must come back later. This was a lady who is slightly bigger in body shape who wears a weave and I believe has a nose ring if I recall well.

I stood there for a long time being in disbelief because I really needed to get my refund so that I get a new outfit for my event that was the following day. She made me a fool by swearing that there's no money and said I must go back home. I politely asked for the mangers number, I don't remember what she said. Then I mentioned Helo Peter and that's when she called me and gave me slips to sign like she was doing me a favor. All of a sudden there was money in the till.

I really didn't know what the motive behind that was but it was not really nice being treated like a fool.
