Poor Service and Lack of Communication

I placed my order on the 6th of May and only received it on the 19th. Before ordering, I was informed that deliveries take a minimum of 24 hours, but instead I had to wait far longer than the promised timeframe.

To make matters worse, the items delivered were in two different sizes, which is incorrect. I contacted their WhatsApp number and the lady who answered told me they were still driving and would get back to me, but up until now I have received no response. My calls and messages are being ignored.

I am extremely disappointed with both the poor service and lack of communication.
