Terrible service

Bad experience I ordered sneakers on her Instagram and I paid 1600 including courier that happened on the 23.10.2019 till date I have not received my parcel, tried to call aramex courier they can't trace the parcel she claimed to courier it, when I tried to get information on her she's ignoring me on her Instagram and whatsup business accounts, so pls don't order to her
