Bad experience
I’ve had a good experience with Stutt Group’s sales, up to the point of delivery and refund. I purchased ready-mix concrete and, after the first two trucks arrived, we needed an additional load, which I paid for, but it couldn’t be delivered that day due to scheduling. I requested a refund, which I was told would take up to 10 business days, but it has now been about 13 business days (19 days later) and I still haven’t received it. I was informed there was a “server issue” and that my refund would be “motivated,” but I’m still waiting and having to follow up, which is frustrating.
