VERY VERY BAD Service and phone ettiquette.

On the 25th of July, I went to Stattafords in Menlyn to buy myself a pair of Barker shoes for R1000. I know a few people who have invested in these shoes and have only great things to say about how long it lasts them. I was therefore bitterly disappointed yesterday when i saw that the heels of my month old Barker shoes were already starting to break off. Why is it that only after a month they are already in need of replacing. Angry i tried to get hold of Stutttafords in menlyn to kindly ask them what can be done about the situation. My first unanswered phone call to them was 15:00 yesterday afternoon. Thinking they must be busy i patiently continued to try to get hold of them to no avail. After still no luck getting through to Stuttafords, i called through to menlyn's info desk three times between 17:00 and 20:00 yesterday evening, they told me three requests were sent for the manager of Stuttafords to phone me but the requests remain unanswered. This clearly shows that Stuttafords takes no pride in customer service which is ********!!!, and on top of that are giving Barker shoes an extremely bad name. I definitely will not be recommending Stuttafords nor Barker to any friends.
