Uncleared account

I’m experiencing problems with Stuttafords stores. The handling of accounts is bad, i’ve been going up and down, payments done but no changes. Now it shows that I’m still owing meanwhile I was told the account has been settled even received a refund for over paying.i have emailed, forwarded proof of payments no constructive feedback. They said they will blacklist me HOW? While I having paying and account is up to date.This matter angers me alot as so much money is involved. Stuttafords has no proper channels for enquiries, different information from different people. Don’t know if RCS is handling all queries I don’t know who’s doing what I’m stuck in the middle. Stuttafords needs to sort this out urgently.
