unacceptable servic

<p>I bought a few items from the stuttafords store at eastgate on saturday. A shirt that i took from a clothings rack that had a big sign that said 50% off was rung up at the full price. I paid for the purchases and then noticed that I was charged the full price. I brought it to the attention of the cashier who then checked and said that the shirt was not on sale. I asked for a cash refund as I paid by cash and this was absolutely refused by Sean the manager.This is unacceptable as this happened at the till point and not returned after a few days where I can understand their policy of giving a ngift card instead of a refund.</p>
