Timberland watch

Bought a Timberland watch from Stuttafords Eastgate on the 02 March 2016.

The glass had steam all over it which made it very difficult to tell the time and the watch has never been in water deeper than a 2 litre bucket of water.

The watch was taken to Stuttafords Eastgate for repairs on the 02 July 2016.

I called countless times and spoke to a lady called called Puleng and she advised that the watch could not be traced after a month. She called again and she said the watch is tracked down and taken to the respective warehouse and I never heard from her again

I went to Stuttafords and spoke to a white guy who is a floor manager and he also promised that I would be contacted but I am the one who always has to contact Stuttafords.

I called again after a week and she promised that the watch would be ready in a week and I have not had any feedback from Stuttafords Eastgate till to date.

Spoke again to a lady called Anna because Puleng was no longer working at Stuttafords Eastgate and she took down my number and promised to call but she didn't fulfill her promise.

I have been taken from pillar to post without no success for something I paid R2949.95 this is totally unacceptable because it seems my interest are not even considered at all.

Firstly this is amateur customer service secondly my money and time is compromised.
