STUTTAFORDS REWARDS BLACK FRIDAY ****

Stuttafords sent an sms indicating that a person must download an app to get 27% off on Black Friday. The sms nor does the Stuttafords advertising indicate that different terms and conditions apply to cash buyers and to account holders. I received the sms this morning, and downloaded the app. I went in store and one of the sales assistants helped me to complete the app login process. When we clicked on the T Cs at the end of the app, it did not open, so the lady said it is fine. At no stage did anyone in Stuttafords tell me that you have to register 48 hours beforehand to get the discount on your account. At the till a lady by the name of Bella was very rude to me, and said it is my fault that I did not read the T Cs, when I explained that there was no TCs on the sms or the advert and that the app could not open them- she said said \too bad"the customer must make a decision to pay cash. I have over R2300 positive balance on the Stuttafords account"
