Stuttafords does not comply with CPA
Having spoken to Michelle Roux (Head of Customer Services at Stuttafords) I was informed that the current CPA which makes a special note on Refunds that allows a consumer to choose CASH as a refund options, are trying to manipulate the laws to only allows store credit, or store gift cards to the value of the return.<br> <br> According to Advocate N J Melville<br> Consumer Goods and Services Ombud<br> <br> \The choice is the consumer's: the supplier cannot force a consumer to opt to have the<br> goods repaired if the consumer wants a refund or replacement. The consumer can insist on<br> a cash refund instead of a store credit or vouchers
