Stuttafords charges

Descerine Charles ********** have sent me some account to pay to Stuttafords which don't exist. The stuttafords site is just a dummy site that you cannot buy anything there. They also charged R15.00 monthly as card fee!!

What can I do regarding the above? Thanks
