Still Waiting for a response from Stuttafords
On the 08th of November I purchased a belt for my husband from Stuttafords Sandton City, before the purchase I asked the cashier if the belt fits can I return it for a refund. The cashier readily agreed.<br> <br> I went to the Eastgate Store on the 11th of November and requested the refund. The cashier was rude and abruptly told me that they no longer so refunds. Gifts cards are given. When i explained the above, she said well thats too bad and she cant help me.<br> <br> i proceeded to take the gift card so that i didnt have to deal with her.<br> <br> If this is Stuttafords attitude - I certainly wont be shopping there any longer.<br> <br> Regards<br> Rehana

Thank you for your email we reviewed the placement of our returns policy placard and A1 posters at our transaction counters. The placement of the placard and posters are, in our opinion, clearly visible to all customers and consistent with industry norms.
We will gladly exchange or refund any item in the form of a gift card provided that you meet our terms and conditions as communicated throughout the store.
