Shocking policy

Never in my life have I ever heard of receiving a refund in the form of a gift card for an item that I would like to return! Especially if I have paid cash for it and have the proof of purchase (from 2 days ago might I add) and it is still sealed. This is like *****ing from me, if I give the item back to you I am entitled to the money back that I paid for it! I may as well just give the product back to you and receive nothing in return! Had I known about this absolutely ridiculous policy (the sales consultant selling this item to me should have explained this to me) I would NEVER have made this purchase! It is a lot of money that I do not have to waste, and I demand this money back! It is no wonder why Stuttafords has gone down so badly over the years, I will most certainly never set foot in one again and will definitely make myself heard about the obscene service! And huge lack thereof
