SHOCKING ATTITUDE
My nephew got given a t- shirt as a gift purchased at Stuttafords. I went in to exchange the T-shirt and to establish whether the particular item was still available . It was available and was advised that without a receipt you cannot exchange any items . The t - shirt still has its tag etc on it - surely its a question of scanning the code on the t - shirt to establish where it was purchased and when. They would not even hear of it !!!
