Royalty ****

I made a purchase earlier today, when I asked the sales assistant if she scanned my royalty card she said yes, when I asked her if my extra 10% as a black royalty card member is coming off she also said yes, the sale was completed, I did not check at the time if I did get the extra 10%, I left and only a while later I checked and saw that there was no extra 10% taken off, I went back to query this, and was told that the extra 10% does not apply today, although there is nowhere on their sale banners where it says that you don't get the extra 10% on sale items today<br> <br> However every time when I have bought from stuttafords I would get the 10% on sale or non sale<br> <br> I feel that I have been cheated by stuttafords, and I'm sure that I will not be the only unhappy client.<br> <br> If this matter is not corrected I will be returning the sale items for a full credit, and will also be closing my account, I will also post this on social media to inform any unsuspecting customers to be aware of being duped.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Mr R Raymond<br>
