Returns Policy

I've been a regular customer of Stuttafords for the past few years spending a small fortune in store. I've never had the need to return anything purchased from there until recently. Upon returning a jacket, I was duly informed of the newly implemented returns policy forcing me to take an in store voucher. As a matter of principle I was not happy with the offer and requested to speak to the store manager. Thabo arrived and referred me to the new policy. After being refused the details of anyone else of seniority, I was told to speak to a Michelle with a telephone number provided. Disappointingly though, I was also told to \get my lawyers to talk to their lawyers\".<br> <br> Not what I expected as a loyal customer of theirs for years!"
