Refused To Honour Advertised Sale Prices

<p>Upon walking past Stuttafords on Black Friday 25/11/16 they had a 25% Off Everything, 30% Off Everthing Diamond Reward card holders and 35% Off Everything Black Tier card holders signages at the doors, however upon trying to purchase an item I was told they would not honour the deal because apparently it was Only for Tommy Hilfiger stock even though it does not specify this anywhere on the signage. Their reasoning was due to the tiny Hilfiger logo at the bottom with no TH name attached, due to this tiny logo it apparently meant that it was only for Hilfiger goods. I addressed the issue with Desireee (Line Manager) as well as the store manager but they refused to honour their mistake. They even acknowledged the error by removing the signages at the doors and then later correcting it but they would still not the honour the deal. Michelle from their Head Office did not have the decency to advise me that they would not honour it instead she opted for me to pass the phone to Desiree and advised her to tell me that it's final and dropped the phone because according to her their advertising was correct but yet they changed it when I made them aware of it. I have photos of the original signage and after they amended it. It's absolutely pathetic that "The Stuttafords" who pride themselves on service could not honour the deal when the mistake was clearly on their side and not the customer. Even Pep Stores would apologize for their mistake and honour the deal as would every other retailer but Stuttafords felt it was not necessary. The sheer arrogance from their management staff is what disgusted me most, no wonder their business is going under and on the verge of bankruptcy.</p>
