refused readjustment of instalment and Manager said I am welcome to close my account
<p>I CALLED FOR ASSISTANCE AS MY BALANCE IS R1875.35 AND INSTALMENT IS R620.00 AND IT NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTUSTED TO R320.00. MANAGER REFUSED TO ADJUST AND ASSIST AND SAID I AM WELCOME TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. MANAGER VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNHELPFUL. SHE DID NOT VALUE ME AS A GOOD CUSTOMER AND DID NOT CARE TO ASSIST. TO ME IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE PAYING R620 A MONTH WHEN MY BALANCE IS R1875.35. I NEED ASSISTANCE AND i AM A VERY UPSET CUSTOMER. THE SYSTEM OF WORKING MONTHLY ACCOUNT SUCKS.</p>
