Refund policy sucks
I bought a shirt and after fitting it again at home, the hands were a bit long. I returned the shirt only to be told that i cannot get my money back. I was given a voucher. This sucks. I never thought that would consider buying clothes else where, but hey, my eyes have been opened. I dont believe that i am the only one complaining about this new policy though. Good luck.
