Provident fund enquired still no feedback!!!

I had resigned over two months ago (last working day being the 6th of November 2016). I had completed the required paperwork for my profident fund to be paid out the same day. I had waited patiencantly for the 4-6weeks tht it takes for it to be paid out, called liberty on the 28th only to be advised that they have not received any paperwork from you, stutterfords. I immediately called the store spoke to 3 different managers, explaining my side 3 separate times and receiving 3 separate promises that they would call back. Still waiting. Tuesday I went in to the store and again have given all my details to the manager Darren, with another promise that he would follow up and call me. Each day since I have called several times and now there is just no answer on the lines. This is extremely unprofessional and a heavy inconvenience to me.
