Poor service

its a very shocking and disappointing service from a big shop like Stuttafford,especially from management and head office employees,Ted baker needs to change the supplier or managers because they not helpful,i'm still waiting for a feedback on whether i'm getting the right size of the sneakers i bought or not,The sneakers i bought on 2015 black Friday,till today no feedback from anyone from the store or head-office and i left my slip and the sneaker in the shop,this is very shocking
