Poor customer service

Last weekend I app**** for a stuffords accounts all documentation with payslips was provided. After almost a week of no feedback a call centre calls me an is so unprofessional laughing on the phone. I there after called back to be told by another agent application declined, what I don't understand is my income is way more then an average person I haven't defaulted in any way an I was declined coz of doing another application , the pathetic an unprofessional service provided by your staff is unacceptable ! It makes no sense for my application to be declined !
