Couldn’t understand what is use to apply you store card online , and been treat like ghost in your store when i’m doing the collection . Made store card application online on Saturday, a hour after app****, I have received the sms/ email on the confirmation of approval and the collection notice. Therefore I went in to your store in canal walk for the card collection inside the customer section yesterday ( 02 May 2016 , 15:25) . I have been treat like i have done something wrong when i show the email , just been told to standing aside and wait for another lady . After 45 minutes endless waiting like idiot in your store, i decide to leave , because no one show interest to help. Couldn’t understand what is the use to have online application , but no one attend/interest to do a simple store card collection in you store. what a horrible service!!!

We would like to firstly apologise for the inconvenience caused. We have discussed this with the store manager and he advised that he will implement changes to avoid this from happening again.
Kindly note that with your next store visit you can collect your card at customer service and if you experience any difficulties please ask for assistnace from Jacques Upendo our customer relationship representative.
