No reply to email

I was under the impression that my Stuttafords account has been fully paid, and I haven't used the account in some time. Then, a few months ago I was contacted by a credit bereau who indicated that I still have an outstanding balance which has been handed over for collection. I immediately paid part of the amount owing, and again at the end of that month. I also sent an email via the Stuttafords website to request a statement, but to this day I have received no reply. Weeks passed before I was contacted by the bureau again, indicating that the same amount they initially said was outstanding, still has not been paid. I sent another email via the Stuttafords website to request an account statement, and again received no reply. Seven subsequent emails was sent, also without success. Yesterday, I was once again contacted by the credit bureau, indicating some other amount outstanding, which I immediately paid in full. I do not wish to call their call centre, or be called by an agent, because that leaves me with no proof of what was said, but I do need an active, working email address to contact someone from Stuttafords to update some personal information and sort out my account.
