NO REFUND OF YOUR MONEY

WARNING TO ALL - NO REFUND GIVEN OF YOU MONEY WITH PROVIDED TILL SLIP EVEN WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE! ******* policy by Stuttaford! Sales staff promises refund will be done back onto your credit card should the items not fit. After a complaint to the head office they stated that they cannot be responsible for every staff member's oral discussion with the customer and they refuse to assist as the Consumer Protection Act is aware of this policy and Stuttaford rights are fully protected by them. With this the head office said I have all rights to complain as I wish to all required organisations and take any legal actions.<br> I was trying to record onto my cell the conversation with a GM and Manager of their refusal to refund money back to my credit card and my request for legal proof of the no cash refund (on slip clearly states account credit done with POP provided) in which time one of the managers called the security saying that their peace is disturbed and asking to escort me out then both disappeared to their office (my only proof of the refund refusal was to record the conversation with the GM).<br> WARNING TO ALL - THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING AT STUTTAFORD!!!
