No birthday vouchers received for the 2nd year
i have made several trips to your stores last year about not receiving a birthday voucher. I have updated my details on your system etc and specifically asked that all communications and vouchers are to be emailed to me.<br> <br> A year later and you guys have still managed to mess this up. When can I expect my voucher to be mailed to me?
