ITC record not cleared by Stuttafords

See attached letter, dating 25 August 2017, confirming that my Stuttafords account number ***is closed and paid up.

I went to Capitec Bank on Wednesday, 27 December, 2017 to open a credit card. My credit card was declined due to according to my ITC I still have a balance outstanding of R2 396.00.

Due to Stuttafords not doing their administration and not updating my ITC record, my credit card was declined.

Kindly wake up, do the necessary and forward an updated ITC record to my email ***XX which indicates that my balance is ZERO.
