Incorrect information by staff member

<p>Very dissapointed with the gateway branch in durban. On the 13/11/16 ,I was given misleading information regarding the price on a perfume refill 90 ml alien purple brand. The consultant (Darshan) at the perfume counter assisted myself and my wife and had insisted that the refill would cost half the price of the original product and to my knowledge that would be R1500. I again confirmed half of R1500 would be around R750 he gladly confirmed with a (Darshan)yes around that price. It seemed like he wanted get rid of us and get on with his jolly conversation. Today I called to confirm what I've been told last week by Darshan, only to hear from Shaheen(consultant) and Donavan(store manager) as well as Charlene(cosmetics supervisor) that the the price that Darshan(*********** Consultant) had given me was incorrect. This has inconvenienced myself as I had budgeted based on the amount I was given. This is *********** behavior and from a store of your standards I'm very appualed by the pathetic service of staff.<br /> It was a gift for my wife's birthday and know has been postponed due to the misleading information your staff member.</p> <p>Very dissapointed
