Illogical deduction
<p>Can you please explain, as non of your staff can when I have posed the question on numerous occassions. Why are you charging my account with a R15 card fee each and every month. I still have my same card, you don't issue me with a new card each month. This is an unheralded deduction as no one can explain to me why?! </p>

These fees are acknowledged by the National Credit Act as necessary to cover the costs of doing business, which includes adapting financial services processes to continue complying with changing regulations.
