Going against their own customer benefits

As a stuttafords account holder one of the perks is that each year you receive a 200 rand gift voucher for your birthday . This year however I did not receive mine stuttafords claimed they sent it in the post which it still hasn't arrived . I go in store today and they give me the voucher number to utilize but here's the issue stuttafords have conveniently changed the birthday voucher now one is entitled to 200 rand off but at a minimum spend of 1000 rand it's clearly no longer a perk but a money making gimmick . This is a breach of the agreement signed in my application where it states you get a 200 rand voucher for birthdays One of the reasons i signed up to be an account holder ,for stuttafords to change this as it suits them is wrong further more stuttafords clearly have no common decency as they had not attempted to advise account holders of this change I'm willing to bet they haven't even changed this on thier application forms either . Edgar's offers these kind of vouchers as a norm whereby you have a minimum spend in order to get discount and it's not once a year it's consistent . This essentially is a breach of contract and is not a perk as an account holder . <br>
