We bought a pair of Ted Baker shoes from Eastgate with the intention of exchanging them for a smaller size in Menlyn. Everything was sorted until we got to Menlyn where they insisted on having the card present along with a letter authorising the \sale". It makes no sense because that is not stated on the exchange policy and it was an exchange for the very same item"
