Exchange

I purchased 3 shirts (1 jeep and 2 polo) during the 3 for 2 sale. The cashier explained the exchange policy advising that I should keep the till slip, which I did. I brought in the 2 polo shirts for an exchange for a size bigger and was advised by the store that they do not have a bigger size and will give me 2 sizes bigger...what am I supposed to do with 2 sizes bigger?? I asked for it to be put on a gift card even asked them to keep the shirts and call me when they have the correct size but Was refused any help or assistance. Apparently if i had the gift receipts i would have been a git card with the full amounts of the shirts but because i had the original till slip i could only be given a portion of the full amount as a refund. Nowhere in the store were these terms advised to the consumer, never did the cashier advise of it. Total ******* for a great brand as stuttafords. Never again will i be purchasing there and i will definitely be sure to advise my family of the pathetic service received from Asogan Krean and Shaveen at gateway. Really disappointed...left the store in tears and now have 2 small shirts that will lie in my husbands cupboard...
