Excellent service!

I went to the Clarins counter at Stuttafords in Menlyn mall and I was completely blown away by the excellent service I received from Paulina. It started from the moment I got to the counter. She acknowledged us immediately with a smile. Her service was excellent. She went out of her way to assist us. Her product knowledge was excellent. She took her time to explain and spoke in a polite tone throughout. She was the only person that acknowledged us in the store. Paulina left a lasting impression on me and I will definitely return to support her. She should be used as an example for the other staff to learn from. I think Paulina is an asset to both Clarins and Stuttafords and she should be rewarded for her outstanding levels of service.
