Double Take

I went to Stuttafords on Sunday, 21/06/15, to make an exachnge. They refused to aassist me because I did not have the account holder's card, see earlier complaint, opted for returning the shoes to have the account credited, I wasn't willing to deal with them any further, yet they later debited the account with R800.00!!! How do you refuse me the option of exchanging one item for the very same item same price, only a few sizes smaller, because I did not have the card on me yet a few hours later debit the account at a late. Mind you, I came all the way from Benoni to do the exachange and would have to go back to sort out the mess, and go back once again for the exchange. This is beyond ridiculous! You need to get your act together and make sure that your full exchange policy is on display, not just half of it.
