Disgusted by Management - Dominique & BABY

To whom it may concern.<br> <br> A week ago I went into East Gate Stuttafords looking for a MAC however I was advised by a consultant that there is no MAC bt a btter foundation was in the market. I then got introduced to a lady who does Bobbie Brown. I then decided to purchase a foundation as well as a brush. a few days letter I decided I did not want the make up thinking I have been loyal to mac and would rather return it b4 I have a prblm at a later stage, I did not use the make up at all. I went to return it a week later (that's when I am available) only to be told that I can only get a gift card. my point is why was I not told about this upfront? when I asked the manager Dominique she said that there are boards all over for me to see. she had the worst attitude ever. than Baby tried assisting me but it ended up being a heated convo due to no one telling me the procedure. behind the slip it says item can be returned within 30 days via account or refund. Im actually disgusted with the service considering the fact I buy all my clothes from you guys. I have never came across such arrogance in my life and sadly If this is not rectified I will no longer buy anything and will spred it out
