delay in refund

<p>I made two payments to Stuttafords by mistake, which i send proof of payments on my wife's account. N Abed.</p> <p>A lady by the name of Winnie Van Niekerk contact me via mail to request my banking details for the refund - that after several mails that were sent. Banking details were sent to her already on 28/07/2017.</p> <p>Since then i am not able to get hold of Winnie and she is also not responding to any emails addressed to her.</p> <p>This is unacceptable that no feedback on request are given and that the telephone number provided for Winnie are forever not available.</p> <p>i would like for the refund to be done asap. </p>
