DAMAGED GOODS NO REFUND *********** STAFF

I purchased a white Pringle Shirt from Stuttafords the Shirt had a yellow stain on the collar when returning the shirt to Stuttafords i was told that i cannot get my refund i can only get a voucher to the amount of the shirt all other stores refund directly to the customer, this is totally unacceptable and is pathetic customer service myself along with 8 other customers all complaining about the same thing i will not purchase from Stuttafords ever again if i do not get a positive outcome regarding my refund i will take this matter forward please get this resolved and get back to me.
