<p>My Story is this,On Friday I went to Stuttaford in Sandton City, I was looking for a Traveling Bag and I saw one wit the price for R445. 95 and wen I went to to pay one lady toled me that is not a price for that Travelling bag and she called Mrs Moloi and Mrs Moloi called The Store manager that was there Wichita is Garth and they refused to give it to me with that price that is saw in the Travelling bag and They gave me the number to speak to Michelle at their head office and Michelle told me is sorry she cannot help me coz it was not the Price for the Travelling bag.And I told them it's not my fault coz I have find it like that and they said they know that but they sorry they cannot give a talk to me .And I left .My name is Pretty and my Cell number is ********** 508.</p>

After carefully evaluating the circumstances which were identified to you by the store manager, it has been reasonably justified that the sales tag was removed from another garment and placed on the suitcase. This is clearly justified as a ********** transaction therefore we will not assist you with your specific request as it’s unreasonable.
That being said we would like to however find a reasonable solution to assist you for any inconvenienced caused which you declined to discuss previously.

No one removed the the tag from another bag , I have found that tag from that Travelling bag I have 3witnesses and their camera can even review that ...And Mrs moloI even asked their Casheir if she found the Tag on the bag and the Casheir said yes the way they put it coz it needs a Machine to put that tag on that Travelling bag ...and I took a picture and they even admitted that it's not my fault .Yes you an call me please.Thank you.
