Card Fee charge
I have had a credit balance on my account since Aug 2010. Without warning I was charged with a card fee of R10 every month since Dec 2014. I now have a balance of R128.00! My objection to this could not be explained satisfactorily. I spent over one hour at the Eastgate branch in mid August to seek resolve without any success. I want my R500 returned and then close my account
