Can't get an answer

<p>I bought a pair of Hush Puppies shoes and 2 weeks ago i sent an email and today i have been trying to call Stuttafords Gateway ( ********** 100) with regrads to getting an answer to my query. I am fustrated as it shouldn't take this long for someone to get intouch with you. </p> <p> </p>

I saw one missed call on my phone after which 2 rings the person ended the call. If you could get someone to call me again.
