Breach of policy

Yesterday Stuttafords gateway in Durban had a 50 percent of sale , now as an account holder / member it is a benefit according to the Stuttafords account application that members will be privy to promo sales first and foremost before the general public . I complained regarding the sale from yesterday and the store said sums notification was not sent out due to it being a store specific sale , I said that irrespective loyal account holders should be notified of all sales , Stuttafords could easily advise account holders regarding store specific sales as well given they can see what regions account holders opened accounts , there is literally no excuse . When offering accounts it is stated that account holder benefits are being notified of sales before general public which is clearly not happening and is a breach of the policy it's unacceptable
