Bad service delivery

Hi,<br> <br> I have raised a complaint on the Stuttafords website twice and on Hellopeter regarding the bad service I had received from Stuttafords Clearwater. The first attempt was on Sunday the 16 August, then 17 August, still nothing has been done.<br> The belt I had bought was pierced wrong size hole and the pierced hole is not straight in store before I even took it out of store. This is very *********** of Stuttafords and bad service delivery, if that is part of value added service, I am very scared to see when they not offer value adds. The person that helped my clearly had no idea of what they were doing and the refuse to take the belt for exchange saying it's my fault I don't know how so... When I never did the piercing. I am very disappointed, ad this was meant to be my birthday present. Sylvia
