Bad Customer Service

I went to Stuttafords - Estee Lauder counter and bought a few beauty products one of which was the Double Wear Foundation, I had been to the same Stuttafords weeks before, and had informed the lady that i don't like heavy make up, and as a result, i don't wear make-up, and she wrote down on a piece of paper what i need to buy. I then went back on the 15th March to buy the products. I bought beauty products worth R1,500 from various brands. I even spend hours while they The next morning i app**** the make-up and found that it was too light for my skin. I called the lady who had helped me and complained to her, she said she would escalate the matter, then she came back to me informing that her supervisor doesn't want to call me. That is the worst service EVER! it tells me exactly what both Stuttafords and Estee Lauder think of their customers. I'm totally shocked that this is the type of service they give.
