Bad Customer and shocking after sales service

My son received an expensive shirt as a gift from Stuttafords. It was to small and needed to be exchanged. Stuttafords refused to do this and requested that the person who bought the gift do the exchange. This is apparently their policy. I contacted Head Office where the Head of Customer care was just as rude and arrogant as the store manager. I requested that a member of Management call me and it is now one week later and I have not had any feedback. I sent a customer complaint on their website and have had no response. This is clearly a company that needs to be avoided as far a returns and customer care is concerned. I was literally spoken to as if I was a beggar or a *****, I will never recommend Stuttafords to anyone nor will any of my family or friends ever shop there again.
