Appalling customer service

I was atStuttafordd clear water shop and trying to purchase a dress on sale at 16h00.I've been waiting at the till for 30 mins . They placed the dress on the floor without a price. They then ran around trying to find a price for the dress for 30MINS!!!! With no apology what so ever . <br> The manager only came after I had called head office to complain and their explanation was that it was wrongly labelled . I found the management attitude appalling and you would expect better service from stutterfords .
