Appaling service Stuttafords - Pavilion Shopping Centre

<p>I have just received the most horrid service from this Store, yesterday I purchased a pair of shoes and when I got home to fit them I realised they don't fit right and took them back today, I drove all the way from Pietermaritzburg only to be told it will not happen just because I have misplaced a slip. The manager said it is not possible without a receipt and they know I was there yesterday and they can still recognise me they know I paid for the shoes. R1250 is not small change plus my fuel, no wonder social media is buzz about this white monopoly company closing down, this is thee Most disgusting service I have ever experienced, I am the type that walks in there and spend a lot of money but I am done with them I loved the Store cause of their brands like Tommy Hilfigure but now I can just purchase all these when I am out of the Country because customer service is not their Vocab. Dealt with Khuben and Lloyd none of them were even willing to help - pathetic service - I will make sure to create a buzz in all Social Networks - Wendy ********** 744</p>
